There are many features of this app that I use but I particularly like all the meditations lead by Jeff Warren. He has a 30 day "Mindfulness for Beginners" course which is a great place to start. Once I completed that, I started doing the "Daily Trip" with him each day. It's usually only about ten minutes and helps me start the day off on a calm foot!

If you are ready to make a big change in your life, and really want to commit, Joe Dispenza has some incredible resources that can help. I've been reading his books and going deep into his online Intensive and Progressive courses. He uses science to explain the mystical to help people make incredible changes in their lives. He uses quantum physics to explain how to attract the future you want. There are multiple meditations built into those courses, or you can buy individual meditations at the link below. I've found some posted by other people on YouTube as well.
This one is specific for people going through a cancer journey. I bought it on Audible but it's also available Apple AudioBooks or you can purchase the CD on Amazon. The first chapter is guided visuals to help you picture your immune system fighting off the cancer cells. The second chapter is more visualizations plus affirmations. I REALLY enjoy it! I usually do it about once a week.
A friend shared this meditation after I got my "All is well" tattoo! It's a very brief (5 min) guided meditation that is super inspiring and uplifting! I'm going to try to include this in my weekly cycle.
